Day 1: Arrival in Yerevan – transfer to the selected hotel – Evening tour
Arrival to Yerevan, transfer to the hotel, check-in.
Evening tour- Yerevan sightseeing including City center, Republic square, Opera, Cascade Complex.
Walk in the Cascade complex, which is considered the modern art center of Yerevan, with art
pieces displayed throughout the whole area: the boulevard and up the stairs, from top of which
you can enjoy the panoramic view on the city and Mountain Ararat. Cascade is home to Cafesjan
modern art museum. This place becomes even more charming in the evenings, when it is full of
people, both locals and tourists from all over the world, enjoying the magic and the warmth of
the capital.

Day 2 Yerevan- Lake Sevan- Tsaghkadzor – Yerevan
Breakfast served at hotel.
Today we will visit Lake Sevan – the emerald of Armenia, a beauty under the sky. Lake Sevan is considered to be one of the largest sweet water lakes in the world, situated at an altitide of 1,897 meters above sea level. Climb on peninsula from where the fascinating view on the Lake is open. Visit Sevanavank monastery.
Drive to Tsaghkadzor town the magical place of forested mountains
(means “gorge of flowers”), short walking tour around the small town. Opportunity to go up to
the mountain peaks by rope way, where you will catch an unforgettable gorgeous panoramic
view of this part of the world (optional, at extra charge 4$ per ticket for going up the first level
and back). In winter Tsaghkadzor is a well-known ski resort with several levels of ropeways
leading up the mountains. In summer it’s a pleasant place to spend the afternoon in nature and
enjoy the sun. Drive back to Yerevan.

Day 3 Yerevan-Garni- Geghard - Vernissage-Yerevan

Within our tour we will be in the valley of Azat river where there are many historical and natural monuments.
Visit Garni temple (1st c.), the only survived pagan temple in Armenia devoted to the God of Sun Mihr. It is located on the Valley of Azatriver. The ruins of the royal palace and the bathroom with a unique mosaic work can be found near the temple.The architectural complex of Garni was Armenia's foremost center of Hellenistic culture and the summer residence of Armenian kings.
Geghard is the only cave-curved monastery in the whole Trans Caucasus from the 13th c. Geghard is an incredible ancient Armenian monastery, partly carved out of a mountain. It is said that the Holy Lance that pierced the body of Christ was kept here. It is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The Vernissage is the right place to get little taste of Armenia and a special spot to witness the fusion between national traditions and modern taste. Vernissage offers various kinds of nice national souvinirs, jewelry and other traditional items.

Day 4 Ararat Cognac Factory-Mother Armenia-Genocide Monument-Shopping
Breakfast served at hotel.
The tour begins with a visit to Mother Armenia, a statue which was constructed to replace a monumental statue of Joseph Stalin. Visit Genocide Monument and shopping at Dalma Garden Mall.
Optional Tour-Visit Cognac factory, get acquainted with the legends of ARARAT brandies, learn the 120 years old history of Armenian brandy manufacture, know who has drunk Armenian brandy, and see the oldest Armenian barrels and the medals which decorate the ARARAT legend. Walk around the ageing cellar and see how the brandy spirits are preserved, know who has nominal barrels and enjoy the delicate aroma of the cellar. Spend a lovely and unforgettable time in the tasting hall enjoying the wonderful brandy cognac.

Day 5 Yerevan-Khor Virab –Noravank-Areni Wine Factory-Goris
Breakfast served at hotel.
Visit historical Khor-Virap monastery (4- 17th cc.). Take the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful view to the biblical Ararat Mountain, where Noah’s arch cast anchor. Khor-Virap monastery (means «deep dungeon») rests atop a little hill; it is where Grigor Luisavorich (St. Gregory the Illuminator) was imprisoned for 13 years before adapting Christianity as a state religion in 301 AD. Proceed and visit Areni wine factory to taste local wine made from special sorts of vines. Visit Noravank 13thc. (means “New Monastery”) a masterpiece of Armenian architecture which is situated in a narrow gorge and encircled by tall, sheer, brick-red cliffs highlighting spectacular nature of Vayots Dzor province.
A visit to the winery will give you the opportunity to taste 15 sorts of wine, watch a short-length film about the history of the factory, wine-making in Armenia and its historical background. Afterwards you are welcome to have a walk in the cellars of the factory.
Visit Mozrov Cave. Inside the cave there is a large diversity of natural geological formations, which are so unique and seem to be so carefully carved that if in other cases you would believe that only nature could be the author of such a wonder, then now you might doubt even that. The cave is truly glorious and it is due to the stalactites, stalagmites, helictites, columns, flowstone, cave bacon, draperies and rimstone dams that make up the base of the cave.

Day 6 Goris- Tatev Monsatery-Yerevan
Breakfast served at hotel.
The monastery was founded in the IX century in place of a tabernacle well-known in ancient times. The strategically advantageous location on a cape formed by a deep river gorge with precipitous rocky slopes favored the construction of a mighty defense complex there. At one time Tatev was the political center of Syunik principalit.
Visit to medieval Tatev monastery on the longest ropeway in the world “Wings of Tatev”(5,7 km). “Wings of Tatev” reversible ropeway was constructed within the framework of “Tatev Revival” project.
